1. Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required to process your return.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at sale@aquascapebonsai.com.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
